artist statement

‘The Fear of Being Forgotten’ is a collection of digital photographs shot in the beautiful country of Tanzania in Sub-Saharan Africa. Being so close to these surreal creatures was a photographer’s paradise; the beauty of the wilderness and wildlife was both captivating and enchanting. Engulfed in the scenic utopia, I started to remember how thousands of endangered species are being hunted, bred, and sold every day. I fear that so many of the world’s wild animals, endangered and not, are soon to be forgotten. I want to make a difference in this world and help to preserve this wonderland.

I present ‘The Fear of Being Forgotten’ collection, with 50% of all proceeds donated to PROTECT Foundation. The goal at PROTECT is to aid wildlife welfare and conservation, especially endangered species worldwide.
