Will human created art stand the test of technology and hold its precious worth?

deeper than AI

In her solo show, Bianca explores human expression and the creation of ART vs what artificial intelligence programs have to offer. Tech developers tout AI as something beyond the limits of imagination, but is it really?

Human-created-art is fueled by emotions and magical, perhaps flawed lines. There is a palpable human connection. There is texture. There is imperfection muddled in with unbridled spontaneity. There can be the use of unconventional mediums. Bianca invites us to view her works created to be experienced in person and thought about way beyond a session of looking at a screen.

During the creation process for this show, Bianca experimented with creating her own art and then investigating what AI would return as a reference image. The process was also reversed. In other instances she found there was no viable search answer as the artificial intelligence failed to understand abstract searches and subject matters involving emotions. Many interesting findings were discovered.

Turner is a self taught artist and author of "The Business of Art". She also holds degrees in both economics and biology. Her paintings hang in private and corporate international collections, and at Haegeumgang Museum in South Korea.

Bianca received the Woman Art Award from MUSA International Art Space in 2018 and 2020. In 2020 she was awarded the Leonardo da Vinci International Prize - the Universal Artist, which she received in Florence, Italy.
